We stand behind the quality of our products with a 1-Year Limited Warranty, which covers:
- Manufacturing defects in the materials or workmanship of the iPad case.
- Malfunctions that arise during normal use of the iPad case.
This warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Loss or theft.
- The iPad Pro included in the Zugu In Case of Death Case (for issues with your iPad, please seek support from Apple through the AppleCare+ that comes included)
If you believe your iPad case has a defect, please contact our support team to initiate a warranty claim.

- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your product.
- Condition: Items must be in new condition with all original packaging and accessories.
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund within 30 business days to your original payment method.
Exchange Policy:
- Ring Size Issues: If your Zugu In Case of Death Ring doesn’t fit, we’ll happily exchange it for the correct size. Simply contact us, and we’ll guide you through the process. Exchanges are available within 30 days of receipt.
